I'm on the phone for 30 minutes before I can even speak to someone for RMA status. It's taken so far 2 weeks since I sent in a card for replacement and was told it should take 3-5 business days until I recieve a replacement. Obviously it's taking a lot longer than that. What's your experience with them?
