Asus RMA...slow as hell?

I'm on the phone for 30 minutes before I can even speak to someone for RMA status. It's taken so far 2 weeks since I sent in a card for replacement and was told it should take 3-5 business days until I recieve a replacement. Obviously it's taking a lot longer than that. What's your experience with them?

Took about 3 days to get to 'em, 5 days to get them to ship it out, and a week for the package to come.

 

I did it once and it took forever.
