Asus RMA is slow

My asus board started not to work last Thursday and I worked with it a while and finally sent a RMA request on 9/11 and I still have not heard from them. How long does it usually take for them to send you a reply?

Anyways I am stuck on a 300mhz slow compaq and it sucks big time. I can't wait to get my computer back. Got the ps2 to play though
 
hehehehe, they took over a month for me, did not send me an email or anything that they had recieved it or sent another out. I had to call customer support to find out if they even had it, they put me on hold for 45 minutes and forced me to talk to some person that could not even speak english and sent me another defective board. so i said, fvck them and bought a 6800GT from XFX. next i plan on getting me a DFI when nforce4 comes out. goodbye ASSUS. I called to get my RMA number, same thing, 45 minute hold followed by a person who could not speak english.
