asus RMA? how is it?

Has anyone ever RMA'ed a motherboard through ASUS? Are they kind about it? Or do they give you a big hassle?

I never had a problem with ASUS RMAing a board. I've done it twice. Once was my fault and they still RMA'd it for me. If you email make sure you have listed everything you did to try to resolve the problem from the website support section. If you call, you also have to tell them what you have done to remedy the situation.

Oh really thanks Curely...

I googled and found some horror stories with their RMA and was worried... Your an end-user as well right?

Also I have none of the original packaging or receipt so I was afraid they might as for some of that...

Good to hear they don't get anal about whose fault it is
