ASUS RMA anyone?

Anyone know how well Asus handle RMA? I got the A7V on 10/19 @necxdirect. Some how my Primary IDE bus don't work no more. How fast do I get a replacement? Do I pay for shipping? Any help would be great. Thanks
 
I was hoping for someone that had RMA with them before. I know I can call them up, but Today is Sunday. But thanks for your answer
 
I rma asus about 2months ago and my board got to me in 3 days the once they recieved my dead board... I think i got it so fast because i kept calling and i live 40 miles away..
 
Hi,
I RMA'ed my asus K7v a couple of months ago. I gave them my credit card # and they send the replacement first, pretty quick, a couple of days and I sent it back in the same box the new one came in. It was fast and free you only have to pay for shipping back the old one.
