Asus random reboot problem

My screen randomly goes blank and the PC reboots. Happens at anytime with no specific application (do not play bgames). This is a new built PC.

Can this be drivers issue? I have the latest from Asus site but am wondering if there are newer Via 4 in 1 drivers around which may help?

Asus A8V, 2x512mb Kingston Ram, latest Bios
XP Pro
ATI AIW 9800 Pro AGP card
2 DVDs
1 floppy
Frony Card and USB panel
Qtec 650W PSU
28-30c idle and 39-42c load tempratures
 
Your problem is either the 9800 Pro or the power supply. I'm inclined to suspect the power supply, since Q-Tech isn't exactly known for their quality. Try checking what sort of temperatures the 9800 Pro is running at with ATITool, and also download Speedfan and see what it reports for the voltages on your PSU.

AtiTool does not show me temprature at the bottom of the scree.

Speedfan shows:

Temp2 : 34C
Vcore : 1.26V
+12V : 11.55V
3.3V : 3.36V
Vcc : 5.09V
Vin2 : 0.00V
5Vsb : 5.15V
Vbat : 0.00V

Any help in understanding these and the no showing of AtiTool temprature will be appreciated.
