Asus Rampage & S/PDIF

I've got a Rampage Formula motherboard, but I can't, for the life of me, figure out how to get the S/PDIF optical out to work. With my last board it was a simple matter of enabling it the in BIOS and then changing a couple of things in Windows, but I can' find anything about it in the BIOS or anywhere else. Has anyone else got theirs working?
