Asus Rampage IV extreme wont boot

Hey guys, I've been searching all over and I can't seem to find a solution. I bought the rampage IV extreme and put together my PC but I keep getting deub errors. Most of the time it was Pre-memory cpu initialization has started, and I just tried again and then it was pre-memory PCH initialization has started. Not sure what to do.

Just a quick edit, it now goes to Pre-memory cpu initialization and then restarts at debug code 00 for not used and then turns off each time.
