Asus Rampage IV extreme wont boot

Hey guys, I've been searching all over and I can't seem to find a solution. I bought the rampage IV extreme and put together my PC but I keep getting deub errors. Most of the time it was Pre-memory cpu initialization has started, and I just tried again and then it was pre-memory PCH initialization has started. Not sure what to do.

Just a quick edit, it now goes to Pre-memory cpu initialization and then restarts at debug code 00 for not used and then turns off each time.

Give all spec.ram type brand cpu psu. and os

pull battery for a few minutes, clear cmos and retry..

If this is the x79 board, it has that bios update thing without cpu or ram right?
