While most reviews say the board is eATX form factor, Asus lists the form factor as ATX, with a catch:
ATX Form Factor
12 inch x 10.6 inch ( 30.5 cm x 26.9 cm )
* One inch greater than standard ATX form factor
I eyeballed the following Newegg pics and the mounting screw spacing on an Antec Twelve Hundred to determine that this mobo would fit, despite Antec stating "up to" ATX form factor:
Asus P6T ATX form factor
Asus Rampage II Extreme eATX form factor
You see the extra 1" of real estate after the right edge mobo mounting holes. The P6T PCB terminates, while the Rampage II keeps going.
Here are pics of the Rampage II Extreme fitting the Antec Twelve Hundred. The only hitch, I lose two cable routing slots. I'll still be able to route thin cables & wires if I do so prior to mounting the motherboard:
Two routing slots lost for large cable routing
Mobo fitting in case, ample room in all directions
Ample room left for cable routing
