Hello, this is my first build. My rig consists of the following:
Intel Quad Q9550
Asus Rampage Formula
Mushkin 4 Gigs ddr2 SDRAM
EVGA 512-P3-N975-AR 9800GT 512M
PSU Corsair 650TX 650W RT
Two WD 640 Gig Sata HDDs
Samsung DVD Burner
Xigmatek HDT S1283 CPU Cooler
Coolmaster RC 690 Case
When I turn the computer on, I get a black screen. I don't see any speakers on the case or board (Is that something I get separately?) so I don't know how many beeps it does.
On the board there are several LED lights, they indicate the voltage (Green = Normal, Yellow = high, Red = Crazy) When I power the computer ALL the lights light up. Also on the LED POST it just says CPU INIT.
If anyone can tell me what I've done wrong and what it means when all the LEDS on the Mobo light up.
