Impressive feat, especially the reported 65W TDP of the RX 580. I don't have much use for a gaming laptop, but I want someone to pair the R7 1700 with a GeForce MX150 for a solid workstation-class laptop in an attractive looking package. Looking at you Dell.

Absolutely, going to be interesting to see how those 8 cores take to being cooped up in a laptop case though, could get toasty.

An underclocked 1700 i'm sure would still vastly outperform a mobile Intel chip.

I'm sure someone with more intelligence could figure out a rough clockspeed based on the 65w TDP.
