I am going to virginia tech engineering and am going to need a tablet for it, and one of the computer shops that sells computers for the school gave out some information on tablets. They said they are partnering with a big asus distributer and will have a tablet available for engineering students in early july. Just thought I'd put that out there in case people were wondering about it.

Welcome to Virginia Tech engineering! I can't decide if the mandatory tablets are good or bad. Hopefully it means people will actually use them to take notes. All I ever did was download large files in class and talk on AIM.

Sounds like PCLAND is getting a Asus Notebook contract perhaps. Only outfit I can think of out of Blacksburg - Roanoke area.
