ASUS probe, weird voltage result for my A7V8X....

I had a recent problem with my PC (check tech support page for my post) and installed ASUS probe to check out my voltages. For some reason the line graph representing the 3.3v rail is red and the number is blinking. The number for my 3.3v is 2.9v'ish, can someone please explain to me if this is a bad thing? Is my 3.3v rail unstable?

PS: If someone can be so kind as to give me a brief tutorial on how to read this ASUS probe line graph, I would really appreciate it.

Did some searching on google and found the answer I was looking for. No need to respond to thread.
