Asus Probe Problems

Im getting worried about either my rig or Asus Probe im not sure which. Asus probe keeps telling me that my fan speed on my CPU is dropping below the threshold when i clearly can hear it hasnt, also all the voltage bars fluctuate like hell and i cant check this. I downloaded Speedfan but i dont trust that any more as it seems to think my CPU fan is running at over 10000 RPM. Anybody got an insite into this, is it something i should be worried about? Thanks guys

Check the readings in bios. They should be more accurate.
