Asus Probe 2 reporting Voltage out of bound error

Got a problem that I thought was minor up to now. You see everytime I boot up my computer (900Mhz Thunderbird), ASUS Probe flags a voltage monitor error, showing a red line at around -5.514 volts. Usually, that only happens for about a minute before reporting the voltage as normal or "within range."

Today however, the red line just simply stayed there with the voltage reading constantly blinking. It hasn't gone "withing range" as of yet, and its been 30 minutes.

I'd like to know if this is something serious that I should take a look into, or if this could lead to any kind of damage. If it is, what steps do I take to "correct" the problem?

Here's a screen capture of the probe utility as well showing the error...

I had a problem with that prob program, It was caused by a fan I had plugged into the Mobo.
I moved it to a different plug... and the problem went away.

I was having random voltage drops/spikes all over the place. +5, -5, -12...etc...

Try moving the fan to a different plug.
