Also note, that most if not all B250 mobos, will NOT overclock, you need a "Z" series board for that.
But otherwise, if you can still use both components (though maybe not necessarily together), this is decidedly a good deal.
It MAY (untested) be possible to overclock K CPUs on a Biostar B150S1 board, with the updated Kaby Lake CPU support BIOS flash. At least, my boards, have multiplier options, and something to "disable" "OC lock". So, it seems a non-Z OC is possible on that board, but I have yet to be able to test it.
