It's a little bit crooked but QA departments are usually more concerned if the motherboard is functional after it passes the production line, not so with visual inspections. Being familiar with QA procedures, they will only scrutinize on a sample of a batch, not every single board since it is made in the thousands at a time.

Since you're displeased with the visual defect, RMA is your best course of action.
