My Asus P8Z77-M Pro failed to power with 3 different, brand new power supplies (2 AX860 and 1 AX760)

It will only power up after clearing the CMOS, which means that everytime you power it down and wish to turn it on, you'll have to clear the CMOS.

Tried the same components on a different motherboard, this time a P8Z68-V/gen3 and it all works like a charm.

The oddity is that when I try an HX850 power supply on the P8Z77-M PRO it works as it's supposed to.

My system (if it only worked...)
Asus P8Z77-M Pro
i7 2600k
Corsair vengeance 1333Mhz 4 x 2GB
Corsair AX760
SLI nVidia 480GTX
Lian-Li PC-V600FB
2 x WD 640 RAID-0

Note: I have filed an RMA with ASUS. How should I act to make the process smooth and fast?

I dunno if you can do anything to make it faster or smoother. My condolences. RMAs blow fat chunks.

I've read issues like this around the web... and don't get me wrong, we have the same mobo...

You're at the mercy of the manufacturer when it comes to RMA's. You didn't ask, but I would advise on a different model. ASUS makes great boards, but that particular one is a lemon.
