When i use SSD with my Asus P8z77-M motherboard, windows keeps freezing after an amount of time (sometimes 10 minutes sometimes longer time before it begins) - I am wondering if It would be recommended that I update the bios? I think this can be done in Windoes, just by downloading it, but they say there might be a risk associated with updating bioses. What would be smartest to do?
