asus p8z68-v pro and antec 300

I'm building my computer right now with these two parts and I'm not really sure where to connect the HDD LED from the antec 300 case to the asus p8z68-v pro motherboard. Anyone know where I plug it into?

Also, I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter, but which of the sata cables are the 3gb ones and which are the 6gb ones? I want to assume the all black ones are 3gb and the 6gb are black and white, but I heard the different cables made no difference.
