Hey everyone, unfortunately my luck still runs cold as well as many other people with this board.

All normal troubleshooting techniques used.

The RED CPU LED light is solid, all other lights appear fine. System powers up but doesnt post.

Any ideas?

Heres the vid - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D4qjpTGUXlQ

What components are you using? Is the memory on the list of approved parts in the MB manual? Have you tried each stick of memory individually in each memory slot? Have you cleared the CMOS by removing the battery, setting the clear CMOS jumper to the clear position and leaving it like that for a few minutes?

Tried the jumper to clear it, tried booting with no memory as well (and in slot A1 and B1)

No luck

The red CPU LED light stays solid red when powered on. Still no post / video

Did you try a different set of ram at all? I've found that 99% of problems in a new build are almost always related to RAM...

I know you can get the red CPU led to turn on if you did not plug in the 4pin/8pin EPS line. Though this doesn't seem to be the case here.

8 pin connector was plugged in from a good PSU, zod96 it wouldn't even post without memory (or 1 stick, or in different slogs, or different configurations)
