asus p8h67m evo, cpu temperature problem

today purchased asus p8h67m evo motherboard and core i7 2600.
amd 6870hd,4gb ram,2tb hard disk.
my motherboard shows cpu temperature warning what is the problem.it's temperature shows 97c.
and after 2 minutes it's gave warning sound also.
please help

Did you make sure your CPU heatsink was seated properly? If your using the stock heatsink sometime Intel push pins suck and click into place without being propery connected to the motherboard.. Id just re-seat it to be sure! If it's an aftermarket heatsink make sure you used the proper hardware for socket 1155/1156..
 
I just try to shake it but it is tight and doesn't shake.i also wanna told before 1 week I installed it on asus h67m-lx but then my temperature was just 65c after high gaming etc what is the problem now.

just tell me non shaky hsf can wrongly seated.
