ASUS P8H67-M Pro Need Help

I have a ASUS CM6850 desktop that best buy told me mother board was bad in. The P8H67-M Pro and I was told to replace with the new H67 B3 revision. I have done so but still not working properly. It pops up a screen with American Megatrends and has info about the computer then shuts down? ANy ideas?
