Asus P8H67-M LX PWN/Q-Fan?

Anyone familiar with Asus Q-Fan Control stuff?

I just setup this machine with what you see in my signature. Now my question is do I leave Q-Fan Control On with Standard setting or should I turn it off. I tried running Prime95 and the temp got to around 70c and the fan never moved from 1100rpm. With Q-Fan Control off the fan sits at 1990rpm. Advice?
