Asus P8H61-M LE/CSM bios navigation problem

I just recently got this motherboard and noticed that when trying to navigate the UEFI bios the mouse is stuck in the middle portion and cannot move up and down but only left and right. I can navigate some parts with the keyboard to but access certain portions I need the mouse. I am not sure what's causing this to happen. I am unable to change important things such as boot order because of this. Anyone know what might be causing this?
