it seems asus website doesnt have latest drivers.where can i get latest:via audio driver,realtek ethernet controller,intel chipset driver,ahci driver,intel usb3.0 driver,intel management engine driver
 
and how did u know that its my realtek driver lan link u provided i mean i dont know the exact model of my on board lan and r u sure all r latest links?
 
I had looked at the spec page for the board which lists the Realtek 8111F as the onboard nic. The page i linked to has that in the list
