ASUS P867 Deluxe B3 - Error seeing RAID

So I have two Raids, one 4tb, and one 1.5tb. After swapping out the new B3 stepping MB, it gives an error on the raid detection screen for all but one HDD. In bios, and in post all drives display properly. I wouldn't think I would have issues being as this is being swapped with the same chipset. Perhaps the drives need to be plugged into the same ports as they were on the old one ? Any suggestions? I really need to get this box back together as taxes are fast approaching.

Can anyone confirm you have to plug the drives back into the same port when swapping a MB in regards to a RAID setup ?
