How can I determine the Intel chipset driver revision?

The Intel readme refers to items which don't appear in my device manager listing

MPS Uniprocessor PC -OR- MPS Multiprocessor PC
....
PCI standard host CPU bridge
-or-
PCI standard ISA bridge
-or-
PCI standard PCI-to-PCI bridge
-or-
PCI System Management Bus
-or-
Standard Dual PCI IDE Controller
-or-
Standard Universal PCI to USB Host Controller

Which item in the list is the Intel chipset driver associated with?

Device Manager/View: devices by Type:
Everything under the tab "System Devices" has the driver supplied by the Intel Inf driver installer.
