I've got my older enermax 550 watt running an A64 X2, older 8800 GTS.

Does anyone here think it will be stable enough for the Asus P6T LGA 1366 and the same video card as above?

amperage 5.0v 36A , 3.3v 36A , 12v 36A
 
You should be fine as long as you don't plan to OC the heck out of the i7 or get a GTX 280 or equivalent GPU.
