ASUS P6T WS PRO 16GB ram installed / only shows 4gb

Running windows 10 pro 64bit using 4 x 4gb sticks all the same. Only shows 4gb ram installed. There are 6 dimms and I realize there are slot allocations for using less then 6 sticks. Using all three blue dims and the black one closest to the processer. Wondering if there is a setting in the bios or a jumper on mainboard to change this. Any help would be awesome. Bought this mainboard used and this is my first build in 8 years and noticed technology has changed a ton.

Does BIOS show 4GB?
I've seen this before, good ole x58!
Windows would show 4GB useable but show 16GB!
Weird, eh?
Found out when I removed the heatsink and CPU and reinstalled it everything was working. That was 12GB at the time (6x2).
I guess I had it clamped too tight. (Thermalright Venomous-X tower cooler)

What Fir exactly says...
Missing Ram on X58 typically means a few things.

1. Bad mount in the CPU. (resit cpu and make sure its a good mount... inspect CPU Pins and make sure none of them are bent.)
2. Not enough voltage for the FSB.... If your running stock settings, and its not bad pins, it could mean your chip is dying.
