Asus P6T Deluxe Version 2 OC Help

I have been using an AMD for years now and I finally got an i7 920 Intel chip to go with my Asus P6T Deluxe mobo. I am totally ignorant on how to OC this thing. Any advice for a new Intel guy? Thanks.

I would like to get at least a 3.8 Ghz OC on this chip.
