ASUS P6T Deluxe V2 I7 920(new to overclocking)

I'm new to over clocking and I'm looking for help to over clock my current cpu.

Spec:

Current specs.

Os: Windows 7 64-bit

Mother Board: ASUS P6T Deluxe V2 LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard

Cpu: I7 920

Memory: 6gb OCZ DDR3 PC3-12800 Gold Low-Voltage Triple Channel

A friend of mine bought a Noctua CPU Cooler and has his board running @ either 3.6 or 3.8 stable. He was able to boot at 4 GHz but was not stable running SuperPi, etc.

So whats your question? A google search for that board and CPU should easily net you 100s of results and how to's.

Average oc 4.0-4.3GHz with decent cooling.
Read many posts about the higher BCLK on the I7 920.
Once you read every thing a few times the oc gets easy.
You need a 200bclk just for the memory to be in spec.
It was the hardest bios to learn but once learned it was easy to oc.
