ASUS p67 Pro Keyboard / Mic Not Working

I noticed whenever my CPU is overclocked at all, right now 4.4, that when I start it up, the Keyboard / Mic will not work.

I then have to restart, go into the BIOS and just restart the system, without changing anything. It will boot fine, and everything will work.

I am NOT using ASUS Utilities because it gave the same problem.
I did NOT change BLCK or Voltages, just the Core Values to 44 or 42.

We need more information; What cpu, memory, OS, Drivers, and Efi version?

The mic does work, but the keyboard doesn't.

The keyboard is PS/2
