Asus P5W DH Deluxe: How do I remove video card?

I have an Asus P5W DH Deluxe and XFX 7600GS PCI-e video card.

I am trying to remove it, and I think there is some sort of white locking mechanism on the right slot of the top pci-e slot.

How do I release this lock to safely remove the video card?

I had to take out a pci card, then I could see a little white tab way behind the video card heat sink.

Pushed down and released.
