Has anyone used the Asus board?

Pros/cons vs the ASRock?

A search did not seem to bring any results about the Asus.

Note: The r.2 board is supposed to accomodate 1066...

The Asus board does not feature a 16x pci-e slot (though the slot on the Asrock only has
the bandwidth of a 4x slot which for most cards is not a problem).

I have the P5VDC-MX 1.0 updated to the latest BIOS for PCB 2.0. Works fine with Celeron D 3.2GHz, 1GB DDR2-533, Radeon 9600 256MB AGP, and Hitachi 300GB SATA/150 HDD.

This has the much improved VT8251 SATA/300 Southbridge, which only ASUS appears to have access to, for whatever reason. Wish the 775Dual/Quad-VSTA used it instead of the VT8237A.

Does updating to the 2.0 bios provide any better compatibility (ie Conroe support)?
