ASUS P5Q Deluxe + Seasonic M12 500W PSU = will the 4pin connector reach the top of the mobo?

Any ideas if the 4pin will reach the top of the mobo where the connector is?

Also, will a 500W PSU be sufficient for:

Q6600
6800GT
2GB RAM
1x7200RPM HDD
1xDVDRW DRIVE
P182B CASE
