ASUS P5Q Deluxe or Premium?

My vanilla P5Q is holding back my Q9650 overclock because it doesn't allow enough GTL reference options in the BIOS. Thus, I'm looking at buying a Deluxe or Premium board.

The Premium is actually $3 cheaper after rebate than the Deluxe on Newegg, but I don't really see the differences. I think the Premium has an improved 'EPU' unit and maybe a better RAID controller or something, neither of which matter to me. There isn't something I should know about like the Premium somehow overclocking worse, is there?

EDIT: I'm now thinking P5Q-E, it's <$150 and has most of the same features as the Deluxe.

I just bought the Deluxe and I am having an issue running winxp drives as AHCI from IDE

I spent hours yesterday trying to install xp in AHCI mode so I can use Acronis True Image and after reading hours of threads I'm just pissed......

Asus is off for a whole week due to New Years it seems

I waited for a 1/2 an hour for there Live Support just to have it close and say they are closed for new years 🙁

I am thinking of sending it back to New Egg and getting the Gigabyte like everyone had told me to get...

I may just get a AMD board as it seems like I would save $100 on the CPU I am planning on buying.....
