ASUS P5P800SE_ opinions please?

Hi all,

I'm thinking of getting an ASUS P5P800SE and a PD 805 as a budget solution allowing me to recycle an ATI AGP card and 1 gig of OCZ PC4000. (I might spring for the D820).

My question is are there any major downsides to the P5P800SE and its Intel 865PE support of the 805/820's?

I would like to overclock the CPU and I'd like to know if anyone has a clue what options there are in the BIOS. The ASUS web site is rather vague on the subject and there aren't any reviews of the board that I've found.
