Asus P5p800 overclocking

Ok here is the story: I got a used asus p5p800 and am running a celeron D 325. The cpu can be overclocked upto 166 mhz and the board will boot. But I can't overclock it 1 mhz past 166, even at 167mhz the system would not boot. Also memory only runs at 166fsb. Any clue what might be causing this. My Abit ai7 had a setting which I could use to set the board at PC800
even though the cpu clock was running at below 800fsb. That basically allowed the board to post beyond 166fsb. Any idea of this mobo has any such setting? I checked the manual there is no such setting. Any tips/suggestions regarding this is highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Seems like issue was with my ram. Switched to pqi turbo DDR4400 and now board posts at 200mhz fsb just fine. Board does behave funny and give out wrong temperature and wrong vcore. I set it to put 1.45 and its showing 1.48-1.49 through speedfan. Any body else see such behavior?
