asus p5n32sli overclock help

I have a asus p5n32sli with 2 gigs of ocz gold ocz2g8001g and a e6700. I have the artic cooler heatsing. The memory runs @ 5 5 5 12. I would like to run this board @ 3.4 or 3.6 but I dont know actually how to raise my memory so its 1:1 I assume thats what i need. Right now ithe cpu is @ 1280 3.2 but i dont know if i should leave my ram settings to 800 or change it. I've tried to look up this information on line but ive yet to find the guide i need to help me since eveyone has differnt types of ram. What setting should i try..thanks
