I know its not compatable with Core 2 duo but I'm not sure about the allendale core Pentium DC and further more anybody know if the bios from the se or e or premium flavors of this board will work so a c2d could be made to work in it.
I have read: The P5N32-SLI SE Deluxe board is nearly identical in design to the previous generation P5N32-SLI Deluxe board, which was designed to support Pentium-D processors. The SE revision simply features the updated VRM and BIOS tweaks needed to support the Core 2 Duo product lineup. The chipset supports the necessary 1066 MHz front side bus speed for the Core 2 Duo, and the board has been updated with full DDR2-800 support (the original only supported DDR-667 officially). There are some very slight placement changes between these two boards, but the core components are more or less the same.
