Bottom line is that I got a good deal on the P5N32-E Sli Plus when I bought it back in December even though I wasn't 100% sold on the board itself. 2 weeks ago, the board died. I'm going to RMA it since it's under warranty but I've been thinking about buying a new board and keeping the original as a spare. I'm looking for a better single GPU C2Q board.. any suggestions?

The ABIT IX38 Quad GT at Newegg for 129.99 AR looks like a pretty good deal, but it seems like the reviews of this board when it first came out did not speak too highly of it. I'm not sure if things have gotten better since then or not. Just looking for ideas at this point - I need to get this system back up and running.
Was just thinking about the Abit IP35 Pro since I only need single GPU support, but that board doesn't support PCI-E 2.0 and my 8800GT does - will it matter?
