AT just posted their 965 mobo roundup review today. Hopefully now they can move onto the the newer 650i/680i mobos.

Yeah I just finished reading the P965 review. I'd really like to get a 680i but with all the issues I'm thinking of getting the best of breed P965 instead (which IMHO is the ASUS Commando). I'll probably give the 680i about 2 more weeks to come up with a stable solution.

"...I'm thinking of getting the best of breed P965 instead (which IMHO is the ASUS Commando..."

This is getting insane...every board out is having at least one significant issue.

Commando comes to the rescue. But wait!

... the commando is likely to emitt an annoying BUZZING sound!
I have been waiting since september for a baord that has no downside. And still..nothing.

the badaxe2 ...does not work with memory over 1.9 volts according to intel engineers (wish i could link to the post but i forget where i saw it).

I mean.seriously, cmon..what does it take to get a board that is guaranteed stable and compatible? 🙁(

My build is about 5 weeks old now, so its still early, but I have not overclocked yet.

So far no problems....I really wish I knew someone who has tried sli however.

I just hope that works flawlessly and I will be satisfied 🙂
