Asus P5N32-E SLI - 4 gigs of ram causing post to freeze...

Hello -
I recently decided to try Vista 64 bit, and so I ordered 2 more gigs of ram. I now have 4 sticks of 1GB Patriot Extreme PC2-6400 (800mhz).

When I put all 4 sticks in my motherboard, and set the timings to 4-4-4-12 and set the voltage to 2.2 the computer will freeze during post. If I only put in 3 sticks it works fine.

I have tried different combinations of all the sticks of ram, and all of them are fine UNLESS I put all 4 in - so I do not believe this to be a bad stick of ram. I have also run memtest on each one.

Any thoughts on what this could be?

My specs are:
Intel Core 2 Duo E6700
Asus P5N32-E SLI 680i mobo (latest bios - 1002)
Patriot eXtreme Performance DDR2-800 (2x1GB)
BFG Tech 8800GTX OC2
Lite On SATA DVD-RW (20x dvd+/-R)
Corsair CMPSU-620HX power supply
Creative Labs Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Gamer 7.1
Western Digital Raptor 150 GB HDD

Try setting all the RAM timings to auto first and see if it will POST. 2.2v might be too much for those sticks. You generally will not be able to hit the same timings and memory clocks with 4 sticks as you could with 2.
