because it is DDR2 667 where as the other is DDR2 800?

I've got that board and the bios options for memory voltage stops at 1.9. I havent tried the 800 in it. I had my E6600 @ 3.0 {340x9} w/ OCZ667 4,4,4,11, no problems, In fact I want all my systems that stable.
