I'm trying to decide between 2 motherboards. The main difference I see is the RAM type. Will 667 vs 800 really be that important?

Edit: Looking through the boards I found this mobo. Sounds like it could be a winner.

I'll likely be using an Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 Conroe 1.86GHz LGA 775

I'd like to overclock it, since I read here it's quite stable with that CPU. How important is the FSB speed? There's a third mobo that has a faster FSB that I'll consider if this is important enough.

Price is a pretty big concern of mine, and I've heard the CPU price should drop soon so I'll be waiting on that as well.

Are there any other differences between the boards that I should be aware of?

well if you are going to use an e6300, i'd recommend the g965 , as it will proabbly overclock a LITTLe better.

the best o/cing chipset is the p965. the integrated graphic ones dont do as high FSB at all. if i were you i'd get the e4300 or e4400 to o/c on a board with onboard video. you will have a lot better luck. g965 can probably do 333 fsb, which is 1333 bus. usually.... the 945g would probably be close too.

333 bus on a e6300 is only about 2.3 ghz on an e6300... on a e4300 for example that would be 3ghz, and it would be 3.33 ghz (you probabl couldnt get this though) with an e4400
