Asus P5K3 DLX Heat Pipe Question

I was just wondering about the heat pipe technology on this mobo, seeing how the pipe runs very close to the DIMM0 slot and i was wondering as my Corsair XMS2 ( dominator Heatsink ) if it will touch the pipe or not, as the Heatsinks on my RAM is quite intense, i could always run them in the other channel ( DIMM1 and 3 ) but i am worried about the RAM touching the heat pipe running next to it, any comments or suggestions or personal issues regarding this guys?
 
Hilarious but does that answer the question firstly and secondly its not that funny, log on to Asustek and check the board out first, and tell me a bit bout the heat pipe technology, then comment appropriately please
