Asus P5K WS vs. Mximus Formula ???

Hi, all.

I narrow down my choice of mainboard between P5K WS and Maximus Formula, so, in other words, I am in between P35 and X38 chipsets.

Basically, I am not an overclocker at all. What I need in the mainboard are 1. RAID capability. 2. Six SATA 3. Many USBs 4. Latest CPU support 5. Floppy connector 6. DDR2 suport, and what I do NOT need are 1. WiFi 2. Crossfire.

Based on the fact that Maximus Formula is only $20~$30 more expensive, what would you guys receommed?
