Asus P5K Won't Post

Hey all, I just built a new system with an Asus P5K. I can't get the machine to post. Here are my specs:

Core 2 Duo e8400
Asus P5K
MSI ATI Radeon 4850
GSkill 2GB PC2-6400 DDR2800 1066
WD 6400AAKS HD
Samsung DVDR

I first installed everything correctly and got no post. No beeps or anything. I then removed the memory and I got the "no memory" beeps. So I thought maybe a bad stick so I tried changing them around/removing one and still nothing. So then I try a working pair of GSkill ram in my other computer and still no post. I did a google search and found that the bios may not recognize 1066 and to try a slower PNY brand. I went to bestbuy and bought a set of DIMMs and tried them. Still no post.

I have removed everything from the mobo and installed one by one and still nothing. I'm wondering if my motherboard is bad or is there something else I should test?
