Asus P5K - Realtek HD Audio Driver issue

Okay, I'm at my wits end on this one. :|

Dropped in P5K w/ new e6750 last night and got everything working except for audio. Apparently this is a common problem, as a quick search here and other places revealed it's happened to many others. What I haven't found is a fix that works.

Went to the ASUS forums to get info and found a few suggested fixes, but none have worked for me.

I've been on the phone w/ ASUS and MS as they seem to think it's a not a Realtek driver issue, but an issue with the MS AAU HD Audio Driver. They're suggestions did not fix the problem.

Anyone come across this issue??

What exactly is the issue, it just doesn't work?

Have you enabled it in the bios? What OS are you using?

What is the problem you are having.

Before, the only driver that worked was the one on the CD, but now they have a newer driver on their slow site.

However, stick to the older driver. The new driver makes my Audio jump / skip a lot!
